Emelie Sattaratn
My name is Emelie and I am glad you're here! I am passionate about supporting individuals on their journey towards healing and self-discovery. I work with adolescents, adults, couples and families, helping them navigate a variety of concerns such as trauma and abuse, childhood trauma, anxiety, interpersonal relationship, eating disorders, OCD, ADHD, life transitions and stress/burnout. I draw from a mix of approaches such as dialect behavioural therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and Polyvagal theory while tailoring my methods to meet each person's needs! My goal is to create a safe and supportive space while developing a genuine connection.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy hiking, spin-class, exploring new restaurants and playing with my chihuahua, Mimi! I believe in the importance of balance in life and often find inspiration in nature and through friends, animals and family. I’m excited to join you on your path toward growth and wellness!
