Sara Orsini
Hi, I’m Sara, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the CRPO.
I work with teens and adults (12+) who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves often after years of trying to “push through” anxiety, burnout, trauma, or neurodivergent challenges on their own.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a yoga instructor and as a teacher supporting students with ADHD and Autism. These experiences deeply shape my approach to therapy. I bring an embodied, neurodiversity-affirming, and compassionate lens to my work, helping clients reconnect with their inner clarity, safety, and strengths.
Therapy with me is collaborative and tailored. I draw from approaches such as EMDR, CBT, DBT, ERP, psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness, choosing tools based on what feels most supportive for you not a one-size-fits-all model. Clients often come to me for support with anxiety, OCD, ADHD, trauma, mood concerns, self-esteem, relationship challenges, burnout, and disordered eating.
Above all, I strive to create a non-judgmental space where you can show up fully and honestly. Together, we’ll explore your experiences at a pace that feels safe, helping you move toward relief, self-understanding, and a life that feels more aligned and grounded.
I offer a free 15-minute consultation and would be happy to answer any questions you may have.
