Compassionate Support Through Every Step of Your Fertility Journey
The journey to parenthood is not always straightforward. For many individuals and couples, infertility brings feelings of grief, uncertainty, anxiety, and emotional exhaustion. While medical professionals focus on your physical health, it is equally important to care for your emotional wellbeing.
At Nūrish Psychotherapy, we understand that infertility can affect every aspect of your life. Whether you are trying to conceive naturally, undergoing fertility treatments, navigating IVF or ICSI, coping with pregnancy loss, or struggling with unanswered questions, our therapists are here to support you with compassion, understanding, and evidence-based care.
You do not have to face this journey alone.
Understanding the Emotional Impact of Infertility
Infertility is more than a medical diagnosis. It is an experience that can leave you feeling isolated, overwhelmed, and uncertain about the future. You may find yourself living month to month, hoping each cycle will bring different news while carrying the weight of disappointment when it doesn’t.
Many people experience increased anxiety before appointments, fear during the two-week wait, sadness following unsuccessful treatment cycles, and grief after pregnancy loss. Relationships may become strained, social gatherings can feel difficult, and it may seem like everyone around you is moving forward while your life feels paused.
These emotions are valid. They are a natural response to an incredibly challenging experience.
How Therapy Can Help
Therapy offers a safe and supportive space where you can process the emotions that often accompany infertility. Together, we can help you navigate anxiety, manage stress, cope with grief, strengthen your relationships, and reconnect with yourself throughout your fertility journey.
At Nūrish Psychotherapy, we recognize that infertility is deeply personal. There is no right or wrong way to experience it, and no timeline for how you should feel. Our goal is to provide a warm, non-judgmental environment where you can speak openly, process difficult emotions, and develop tools to navigate the uncertainty that often comes with fertility challenges.
Whether you are seeking support as an individual or as a couple, we are here to help you feel understood and supported. You deserve support, compassion, and a place where you do not have to carry everything on your own.

Parents and caregivers are important partners in the therapeutic process. Depending on the approach, you may be included in sessions, given strategies to support your child at home, or updated on progress.

Every child is different. Some may benefit from short-term support, while others may need longer-term care. Together, we’ll set goals and regularly check in on progress.
